We offer a 120-day warranty on all items sold. Once we have been contacted; we will send prepaid packaging for the item in question. Upon receipt, we will either exchange the item at no charge or issue a refund if the item is unsatisfactory or unavailable. No returns on new sealed items that have been opened or damaged by the customer.  Misuse, abuse, purposeful destruction, dead/inoperative battery, fluid contamination, etc. will not be covered.

Shipping is fast and free to all US addresses, yes even Hawaii and Alaska. We typically use FedEx or USPS. International shipping will go through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
