A very beautiful piece of both Camera and Kodak history. This rangefinder is incredibly constructed— after ~70 years it still feels immensely sturdy and has an amazing shine to it. The rangefinder is TESTED and DOES WORK— meaning that the bottom mirror does in fact move when the dial is tested. However, I’m not sure if it is calibrated— this may be me not knowing how to use it properly— but an object roughly 6 feet away from me registered as 8 feet away according to the rangefinder. Second, the view is hazy, as others have noted at this price point— this seems to be the default for this rangefinder. Overall, this is one of the few genuinely tested and reviewed Kodak rangefinders on the market, and this one is a BEAUTY. Also— MADE IN THE U.S.A.!

Additionally, the cowhide-like bag is in absolutely pristine condition— after all these years it still feels brand new.

The outside of this original Kodak box has wear, but again, the inside is clean and pristine. Overall a great piece for any collector or Kodak/Camera enthusiast.
