I think it could fit a medium also. See the measurements. Material is polyester and spandex. Great condition. Inseam 32, chest is 13 across the elastic about the chest. There is a waist elastic. All measurements are shown in photos for accuracy.
NOTE~ See Photos 11 & 12: Bottom back of both pants looks like Velcro touched inside of the bottom pants. You can see it more on the inside. It shows like wrinkles on the outside bottom of pants. See the picture of the outside and the inside. It does not look that bad. I priced these to sell because of this.
