This is a PRETTY and ANTIQUE Japanese enamel and cloisonné charger ( plate ).

Meiji period ( circa 1890 )

Floral and repeated design all around the plate, in a light blue background color.

Pink, white, dark blue ( cobalt blue ), gray, yellow and green.

Rich colors.

Cloisonné on bronze ( brass ).
