Pair of monogrammed Gorham Kings 1890 silverplate 9.25” dinner knives with hollow handles (72g). Featuring an intricate Art Nouveau style. Made in the early 1900s, with Gorham’s “Gorham + anchor” mark, they are a true vintage piece that adds character to any collection. Blades are marked “Stainless”.

The pattern was used by the U.S. Navy their mess halls and ships. The knives are in very good condition for vintage pieces of their age and show minimal signs of use; what would be consistent with age. They have a beautiful gothic font monogram that I believe reads “ME” (see photos).
