This is a nice old survivor from sometime in the 1970s or 1980s, a clean and fully functional 0-60 MPH Capri speedometer head from Japan. (This was also sold under the Dorcy and Bike Pals brand, and possibly others as well.)
This has had a cleaning, an odometer reset, and is in full working order with a good overall finish, polished and waxed. There are some speckles and wear in the finish of the case (see Photos 3, 4 & 5), but all chrome has been polished to restore the shine, and waxed to keep it that way.
The speedometer head is 2¼" wide, 2" high and 2" deep. It has a polished chrome bezel, plastic face, and chrome housing, with white numbers on a black dial, and a (very) faded orange pointer. There is no accumulated mileage; it's just passing 0000.1.
