Original box, original reel. Untested. No white leader tape with text as seen in photos. White leader tape with text was on first issue of this release, not this 1963 reissue. No insert is included, only box and reel as seen in photos.

CONDITION
Appears visually in very good condition, lead area of tape is wrinkled as seen in photos. Untested as we do not own equipment to test it. Box in good condition with normal wear due to age. Bubbled area on front label approximately 1 and ½ inches. Tanning is noted inside box. No insert. Please see photos.
