This is a British army issued WW1 blue enamel water bottle also known as a water canteen. This piece of original WW1 militaria was purchased at a traditional French brocante market in the Somme region of France so whilst these were also used in WW2 it is most likely that this one is from WW1. All items I sell are vintage or used and will have signs of use which is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. Please see pictures which form part of the description.
