Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

All of our orders ship for free within the continental United States, and will be processed within 1 business day from when payment is cleared. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, including apartment and/or suite numbers if applicable. Shipping closes at 1PM EST. Orders over the amount of $250 will require signature confirmation.

Expedited Domestic Shipping

If customer pays for Expedited Shipping, the order will typically ship within 1 business day from when payment is cleared, unless contacted by the seller. Shipping closes at 1PM EST. Orders over the amount of $750 will require signature confirmation.

International Shipping

Dealhunters Inc is NOT responsible for the assessment for duties and taxes of international orders, and they may be subjected to applicable customs and import taxes, which are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

30 Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase made from our store, you are able to return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee

Restocking fee is only applicable to orders that violate the return eligibility, which can be subject up to a restocking fee.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in new condition, including the original plastics, tags and box(if applicable) that came with the item. Conditions that violate the eligibility are: removal of the tags, if tags are not included with the watch, worn or stretched fabric and or leather, damage to the product (stains, scratches, cuts, tears, sweat marks, etc.).

Opening a Return

Find the item in your Purchase history and select Return this item.

Select your reason for the return.

If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you have the option to add up to 10 pictures showing any scratches or defects.

Select Send.
