Very good vintage condition, the lining has some wear in the armpits and the silk has a hole at the bottom, see photos. 

Has been professionally dry cleaned. 

Measures 23 inches across the chest from pit to pit, sleeve is 23 inches long and it's 40 inches long from shoulder to hem.
