Width of rail is 176.7cms. Length of  slats from top to bottom is 99cms; the rail is white & is 3cms deep.  The slats are 9cms wide each.  The rail is held in place with screws at the top of the recess at 3 points and the rail clips onto these.  The pulley to open/close and also the pull back cord are located on the same side.  Photos show colour of slats with weights and chains.  They are not completely blackout, they do allow a small amount of light through but are not see through.   Last photo is a stock photo, not the actual blinds as they have been taken down.
