Of first owner, BELPLASCA stereo camera 35 mm from 1955.

Lenses: two Carl Zeiss Jena – Tessar 3.5/37.5mm lensesdistance between optical axes 64mm,

The Belplasca was the main part of VEB Belca works product palette for stereo photography This stereo camera for two times 24×30mm exposure format was introduced in 1954. The camera is crafted very precisely. It has the distance selection ring around the one and the aperture selection ring around the other lens, both selectors affecting both sides. A knob between the lenses serves speed selector for the double shutter. A double aperture scale around the distance selection ring helps to estimate depth of field.

Adjustment by rotating the left lens, is compatible with the right lens. The shutter sets men with the reinforced button. The distance setting is done by turning the right lens and is also integrated with the left lens. Can also be read by means of a scale. The shutter is cocked by the slider on the back, but there must be film otherwise the shutter will not work.
