This NEW! off-the-Red-Carpet Jovani Evening Gown will turn heads as you sashay in its peacock navy blue mermaid silhouette.  Three layers of fabric enhance the flow of the skirt.  The sumptuous grey blue satin lining feels amazing on the skin while the tuille lace skirt and rosettes start dancing even before you get to the dance floor.  Rhinestone crystals punctuate each rosette, which are artistically placed on the dress – see pics of flowers cascading on back from left shoulder to right hip.
