Vintage TPI 1997 Halloween Lighted Vulture Buzzard Plastic Blow Mold Rare. Nice vintage condition. Missing cord for the light which should be easily replaceable. Has some paint loss, a few scrapes on hat, and a small little caved in spot near the bottom which can probably be popped back in place.
