Keep this in mind, in real world use it’s about 15000 ish mah NOT 20000 after energy losses in conversation take place. keep in mind with this power bank sometimes when trying to charge certain devices it will try to charge the power bank instead of the device, to counter this you may have to plug the power bank in first or the device, which ever works. I’ve contacted the manufacturer about this and they said there is nothing wrong with the unit and it functions as intended. Not sure why it happens but i’ve had it happen on a few other power banks as well.
