This item is extremely rare.  Check it out, you won't find any listed with the top of the box description showing 8+ for age, and 360 pieces.  This was made in Denmark and Switzerland, then distributed for LEGO INC. in the USA. This box has never been opened.  It does have some minor storage wear on the edges of the cardboard box.  This particular version of 7047 Coast Watch HQ was released in 2003, most other versions were released in 2004.

7047 Coast Watch HQ is a World City set released in 2003. It includes a Coast Watch HQ with a platform able to raise to load a stretcher onto a helicopter, a radar dish, spotlights, a speedboat, a helicopter, and four minifigures. The set's baseplate is exclusive and very detailed, with a small cove for a boat, steps, and many more details.
