Beautiful gilded wooden plaque or panel, with bas-relief decoration depicting Chinese soldiers in battle, dating back to the first decades of the 20th century, oriental and Asian art, made in China.
 Useful information for evaluating the object:
 In the last photos we have placed two Chinese wooden panels similar to ours, gilded wood, both offered at very high prices, all to give an idea of the value and importance of similar objects. Note the similarity with the first plaque offered on Etsy for over €850, same period, same shape and same measurements, similar subjects and same artistic quality. 
Final thoughts on the object:
The gilding is extremely rich, compact and bright. The dimensions are good, the panel is large, as can be seen from the photo in which it is compared to a bottle of wine. The style recalls that of the Song dynasty, in the city of Choazhou in China. An important and rare object, a real gem for art lovers and collectors, take advantage of it.

Very often our prices are lower than what we could achieve by taking the objects to auction houses, but selling at auction is an extremely long process and does not produce any customers for us, so we prefer to earn less, but aim to create a excellent clientele over time, earning more on the quantity than on a higher profit on the single piece, which we could obtain by selling it in auction houses.

OUR SHIPMENTS:
.Our shipments cost a little more than the average, but they are all shipments with professional packaging. Double box with a lot of bubble wrap around the object and a lot of soft material in the large cavities on all sides between the two boxes. This means that the package is much larger and heavier and therefore the cost of shipping increases, not to mention all the work necessary to carry out a similar packaging and the cost of the various materials used.
