Attieke (known by many as Cassava couscous) is a dish made from cassava that is a part of the cuisine of Côte d'Ivoire in Africa.

The dish is prepared from fermented cassava pulp that has been grated or granulated. It has a slightly sour taste that goes well with your favorite savory and spicy dishes. It's an easy dish to make and is delicious the next day; just add a bit of water before reheating.

It is a gluten-free and a good substitute for rice, pasta and wheat-based couscous. It’s a good accompaniment for those who suffer gluten intolerance.
