Vintage wind-up toy - Charlie Chick, tin litho with plastic feet and a felt tail feather, Kanto Toys (marked on box), made in Japan (marked on bottom), measures 4 1/4” H x 4 1/2” x 3 1/2”, original box.

It is in fairly good condition - some minor surface wear and some scratches, not faded, probably not played with very much. It walks really well and makes a gravely/grinding noise that must be the cackle. It is separate from the noise the actual mechanical part makes. It’s not the loud noise a chicken makes but a lower noise that they make sort of all the time. Not authentic though. Could be better.
