    Loewe first debuted its latest key bag for the Spring/Summer 2020 season – the Horseshoe bag – at Paris Fashion Week. It derives its moniker from its hobo-styled saddle/horseshoe silhouette with a drawstring closure  that’s reminiscent of classic Spanish castagnettes (or, castanets, the musical percussion instrument), and an adjustable strap, thus allowing it to be carried on the shoulder, or crossbody style.Of late, Creative Director Jonathan Anderson has morphed the drawstring detail into one of Loewe’s new House codes, reminiscent of the more recent introductions, namely, the Balloon bag, and also incorporates the  the side latched metallic pin, which we see on the Gate bag.

We accept PayPal, cheque, Postal Order.  If you live locally we can also organise collection in person. Buyers outside the UK we ask if you can pay via PayPal ONLY as this is the safest and easiest method of payment for both of us. We do not accept money/bank transfers from buyers outside the UK.

Shipping

With every transaction we will email you to advise that you that the item is on its way, therefore you are aware of when to expect your new purchase. Should you require your tracking number please email once you've had your dispatch email.
All items will be sent Recorded Delivery or for higher value items Next Day Delivery within the UK. All items sent overseas will be sent by guaranteed International 'Signed For' service.

Terms of Sale

Your item will be despatched within 5 working days but we can react quicker if there is a specific request or need. 
Any buyer paying by e-cheque or cheque, the item will be posted to you once it clears or when Postal Order arrives.
We do accept returns within 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas customers) Items must be returned in the condition that they arrived to you in. Those items must be labelled as a RETURN to avoid any unnecessary customs charges that would be deducted from monies owed. Refunds are ONLY accepted for clothing that does not fit or if there is an error with the listing. Postage CANNOT be refunded. Please bear in mind when bidding that some of the items in our store are used, all significant signs of use are described as best as as possible through the description and photos. We recommend all pre-owned items of clothing purchased are dry-cleaned before use.
We will refund you via the method in which you paid. A standard dispute will be filed via eBay in which we can officially claim that the transaction has not completed. If there is an issue or delay with payment beyond 48 hours please email us to advise. We don't want unnecessary unpaid dispites being opened if we know payment is on its way. Please attempt to resolve all issues directly with us before leaving feedback. We ask all issues/questions are sent through eBay and not through the email address to which is registered.
