Gorgeous fully lined maxi skirt by Farm Rio for Anthropologie.  Size L, Overskirt is a very fine printed netting with a fully lining. If too long, it is the type of fabric that is just cut, not hemmed, so a good 2 In could be cut before it matched the lining underneath. Length is 39.5" and waist is 33.5" with a little stretch.  Loose over butt and hips.
