It Sounds Like You Have Orange Cap Disease

I would suggest that all of the orange caps are of suspect material due to their age and once the first one fails, it would be likely that others would follow suit.  Therefore replacing them all in one go will save multiple visits to the repair shop and therefore reduce costs.  Replacing the polypropylene capacitors may well resolve the problems with no other adjustments required however further electrical calibration may also be required.

With the capacitors, a list of the specific part numbers and identification codes for each of the PCB's will be supplied to fast track the identification of the caps to be replaced. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PCB'S HAVE A NUMBER OF VARIATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PRODUCTION RUN AND THEREFORE THE REPLACEMENT PART I.D.'S MAY REQUIRE CHECKING PRIOR TO PROCEEDING.  IF IN DOUBT - ASK FIRST.

All parts are brand new and unused but also not further tested.  In the unlikely event that a part is found to be defective, it will be replaced free of charge if returned to me.

Delivery

Items despatched within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Some items will only be offered with Insurance included.  I am happy to insure all shipments if required.  Any issues to be followed up with shipping company.
