I LOVE nautical sea decor.  And there's just something SO charming about these wood Maine Lobster fishing buoys.  They go perfect in any coastal, beach, nautical, shabby chic or tropical decor.  I accented THIS one with a (REAL) Starfish!

You will receive the EXACT buoy that you see in the pictures 2-6 (it was raining here when I did this one so I couldn't take outdoor pictures).  It has been painted, distressed AND SEALED to protect it in the elements. 

 It has a natuical grade rope attached for authenticity.   I used a REAL starfish to accent it.  I use a cement type putty to attach it to the buoy and mold the putty around the outer edges for maximum stability (and I sand and paint the putty white to help it blend in better!) .  

You can use the attached rope to HANG it in an entry way.........or off of a post, tree, etc OR you can simply let it stand on its own with the rope draped down to the side (it stands PERFECTLY level, and it's HEAVY so it won't easily turn over).

Standing it measures 14 3/8 inches.  It weighs just shy of THREE POUNDS.
