For sale is LOUIS ARMSTRONG's  "Satchmo Sings," on Decca Records DL 8126, Mono, DG, original 1955.

SOUND: VG+ or better
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. There are a few brief instances of soft surface noise/crackle. Very minor. Overall the record plays extremely well! Conservative grade at VG+!

VINYL: VG+
A few minor scuffs and handling. Nothing significant. Overall very nice condition. Small DG labels with light spindle-marks.

JACKET: NM
Stunning 68-year-old jacket! Sharp all-around, clean and unmarked, with only a slight hint of aging or shelf-wear!

The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics.

Nice condition vinyl plays even better than it looks! Jacket is stunning! Original 1955 issue! Buy-it-now for $35.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. When play-tested, I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.

Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.

If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction. I'm not a collector, nor an audiophile, but I think they are desirable if you're into this kind of material.  Click "see other items" and thanks for looking!
