This is a 23 page catalog that measures 9 X 9.5 inches. Almost square. All of the pages are documented in the pics posted so that you know exactly wheat you are getting. 

There is very slight wear and there are some very slight handling creases. The spine bows just a little from being stored on a shelf. I would put very good condition but because of what I have just listed I'm bumping the condition down to good condition.
