This is an 18" American Girl doll with brown eyes and freckles. I would call her hair "dirty blonde" but you might consider it light brown.

From my research, I believe this is the JLY/Truly Me #24. She has her ears pierced.

The doll is in used condition. Her hair is a bit messy. She has marks here and there on her body and limbs. 

She comes from a smoke-free home.
