Vintage SCF metal hot air balloon ornament. 

Looks like an old time balloon, with a basket underneath. 

Made of metal, with wire hooks attached to basket.

Red thread cord at top for hanging. 

Measures 5" tall and about 2 1/2" wide at balloon. (12.70cm and 6.35cm) 

Paint on balloon looks discolored. May have been painted that way.
