15 Cooper 3533-4W white mid-size telephone jack plates. Used with standard 4-wire residential phones. Type 625B4 4-conductor, mid-size; measuring 3.125"W x 4.875"H, 3/8" higher and wider than standard size covers, flush mount jack with screw terminals on the back. Each is individually packaged with instructions and color matching mounting screws. Features include:

• Spring wire contacts with 50 micro-inches gold plating over nickel measure 0.018" (0.005mm) diameter to maximize contact life and reduce corrosion
