Canon PowerShot A60 2.0MP Digital Camera.  This camera was power on tested only.  I believe it just needs a new battery pack.  It charges and turns on. However it does not hold a charge which is why it is listed for parts only.  It is used and does have use wear.  It comes in its original box with owners manual, transfer cable and charging cable.
