Original owner has had this 36 tape holding case and 36 cassette tapes in smoke free home storage.  The case is sturdy and in excellent condition. Drawers pull out smoothly.  The cassette tapes are a variety of different artists, mostly country. They are in various conditions, ranging from New/Never Played to others that have been played more.  After taking pictures and testing, I noticed that the Anita Cochran cassette tape is off the runner, it will not play.  I left it in, in case someone is good at fixing these. There are six that are in cases, but don't have the inlays to show what they are.
