Brief Description of Patent: This patent relates to further modifications and improvements to two previous patents from 1906. According to the present invention the racks for throwing the mechanism into gear for "day tariff" and "night tariff" and the central rack for exhibiting the "initial tariff" and returning the counting mechanism to zero are no longer removable from the case....

Condition: Slight crinkling. Wear to left hand edge where patent has been removed from the volume.
