Ottoman Iznik dish with a representation of a garden and a Greek inscription.
Although there's an inscription the rim, the plate might be a museum production item.

Dish, made of polychrome glazed pottery. The dish, which has a narrow angled rim, is painted in greyish-blue, black, pale green and bole red under a transparent greenish glaze with a multi-tiered pagoda-like tower set between tulips and other floral sprays. Rim with a radial inscription in Greek and the date May 1666.
