My postage rate policy is as follows:
Post Cards:
$1.50 for multiple post card purchases up to $100 for any quantity of cards.
Free postage for all multiple post card orders over $100.
Foreign BUYERS: If the total value of your purchases exceeds $50.00, REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL MAIL MAY BE REQUIRED. THE REGISTRY FEE CHARGED BY THE U.S. POST OFFICE IS $16.00 PLUS INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE RATE POSTAGE BY WEIGHT.
For Shipments valued at $199 or more Express Insured International Mail will cost $60.
