All our stock is UK based and we are a VAT registered company. All orders are posted from our UK high street shop in Rotherham. We offer same day dispatch on all items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday and a free postage option on every order. Click & Collect is offered on all items and local collection available for any customers who live close to us, simply pay on eBay and contact us to arrange pick up.
All orders are dispatched the same day when your order is placed by 2pm Monday-Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Our free postage service is Royal Mail 2nd class. Postage service upgrades can be selected during checkout and are available on all items. Our free postage option is provided as a non-urgent cost effective service. The estimated date provided by eBay is subject to delay. Please consider upgrading your postage if your order is urgent or required within a specific time frame.
UK Orders:
- Free 2nd class post is estimated 2-4 days, but this isn't a time guaranteed service and is subject to Royal Mail service delays
- 1st Class post is estimated 1-2 days, but again, this isn't a guaranteed service and is subject to Royal Mail service delays.
- 1st Class Tracked 24 is a timed service and will deliver within 1-2 days
- Special Delivery is next working day guaranteed, but excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays. 2pm Cut off time on the day.
International Orders:
- All our international orders are shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program. Prices include shipping, tracking, insurance and customs charges pre-paid.
Late delivery/postage delays:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated eBay delivery time then please allow a few extra days before contacting us or eBay regarding your delivery. The delivery dates provided by eBay are estimated, and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Like other small businesses, we rely heavily on Royal Mail to meet their delivery targets. Unfortunately they do not always meet these targets. We recommend allowing 14 working days before reporting an order as lost. This allows for any postal delays which are beyond our control with some orders only delayed in the postal system rather than lost. For UK deliveries we require an order to be at least 14 working days late before we will investigate any lost item claims.
Please contact us before raising an ‘item not received' case on eBay. We will always investigate non-delivery claims and your payment is covered by the eBay Buyer Protection Program for upto 30 days. Where the item has been lost we will look into and resend the order for you.
All shipments are made using the address provided by the customer at the point of sale. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, it will be unlikely your order will arrive. We do not provide free of charge replacements where incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.

In the unfortunate event your order has been received damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us first using the contact us link on the listing so we can discuss your requirements.
In most cases any issues can be rectified without raising a return request. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If the item has a visible fault please upload a picture with your message as we may not require a return. Where the fault is not visible, you may be asked to return.

COMPATIBLE REPLACEMENT PARTS - The term compatible means the item is a 3rd party or aftermarket product and not an OEM or original part. The item may differ slightly to the original design.
