I have used these presses for years in kitchens and restaurants. Whether you are processing burgers, sausage patties or wild game you need the Hanerk Burger Press to make the process easier. Every part of this simple machine can be reached and cleaned easily. Screw off the top button and remove the spring and it comes apart in 4 pieces. Put it altogether and putting on the top pad is as easy as twisting on a nut to a bolt. Season your beef, fish, pork or veggie blend and put into a ball making sure all ingredients are well blended. Put the press onto the meat ball and press down on the button only. When you see you can not go any further release the button. Using wax paper or pre cut rounds is BEST. Without some type of paper or plastic the meat will stick. Every press of this type on the market is 4.33 inches. I offer the 4.33 as well as the Hanerk XL 5.5 inch. If you want a restaurant size burger that you can serve on a 5 inch bun, the 5.5 inch diameter Hanerk XL is what you need. The 4.33 regular is great for the regular 8 pack buns or patty sausages. But if you want the restaurant size burger used in 12 pack 5 inch buns you need the 5.5 inch Hanerk XL. They say you can't be too Rich or too thin. Whatever blend you choose or if your grind your own beef, you will want to mix it well so the fat and fibers of the meat begin to bind to one another. If not your burger will fall apart. Make out your desired patty amount by weight or just eyeball on the fly. Put the press over the top and push down onto the button. To eject the patty just apply your fingers as seen above and compress. ALWAYS use some sort of wax paper sheets or pre cut papers for BEST results. ALL beef will stick to Stainless. Any site claiming their Stainless steel is Non-Stick have never personally used what they are selling. I know because I actually use this product for years. The industrial grade stainless steel will last a lifetime. Press out thin to thick burgers based on your preference. If you have kids coming over don't be afraid to cut a big burger in half and press it out. Much better than tearing it in half after it is cooked. Product Description
