Tandberg Model 74 Four Track Stereo Tape Recorder Works (Read)

All the rewind fast forward and stop levers work. Sometimes when its rewinding it slows down and needs a poke. The volume works up to the number 3 . When turning the dial passed 3 it fades away with a whistle. I can send a video if needed via email. It could use some work but works. I have not tested hooking up speakers to it or headphones. The speaker in the unit sounds great. The time dial works great as well as the light on it. Lock feature works. Im not sure whats on the reels but they work.Please ask questions if unsure.
