2. Our office is in USA and our manufacturer unit is in India. Hence, some of our items are directly shipped from India.

3. Handling time is 5 business days after receiving cleared payment and ring size confirmation. (Business days excludes Saturdays / Sundays and Public Holidays)

4. Delivery time in US and UK is 7 to 9 business days, other countries 10 to 15 business days (which may extend during peak season time).

RETURN POLICY:-

 1. We accept returns only if there is any manufacturing defect or in transit damage.
