Pez Error Disney Minnie Mouse Backwards and MISSING FACE - New on Card

This is a RARE Pez Error.  It is a Pillbox Minnie Mouse Pez dispenser, but it was packaged Backwards, and the dispenser is also missing Minnie's Face (see all photos). 

The package is in Neat Mint condition and is STILL SEALED.
