The toy comes included with its original box, though the box has wear & tear. 

The robot is missing some pieces, it has some wear & a crack in the plastic underneath one of his arms.

The robot had batteries put into its remote and would not function, so with that considered it is being sold as is untested for parts or not working.

It comes from a smoke and pet free environment.
