The two cards-  Darkrai & Cresselia Legend  100/102+ Zoroark and Legendary Pokemon- have been sealed up since purchase so I'd say they are really good condition, I cannot see scratches/marks on them myself.

However the dialga card has indents across it from a pen being used on paper ontop of it which is really unfortunate.
