What We Do:

Here at Monkeyboy Enterprises we strip down laptops, tablets, phones, PCs etc. and recycle/sell the individual components.  Sometimes these can be tested, if they are tested then we will specify any issues we are aware of in the description above.

Selling Graded Items:

We also sell a number of Graded Items/Customer Returns from some well known high street stores and online retailers, these are always fully tested and any defects, blemishes or faults are highlighted clearly in the description above.  Often they are items that have been returned without having been opened or used at all.  We open every box to make sure that all items are present and fully functional. 

Postage:

All items are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday).

We try to dispatch as much as we can the next working day.

We currently use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked or Second Class as our free postage service, there are faster services available to purchase for an additional fee on the majority of our listings.

Packaging:

We try to recycle as many boxes and packets as possible to cut down our carbon footprint so although sometimes our parcels are used the contents will be guaranteed to be safely packaged.

Returns:

As a business seller we are happy to offer the legally required 14 day return option for all of our purchases and to improve our service we now comply with the eBay 30 day returns policy. However we would prefer it if you contact us directly if you have any issues with any items you purchase before opening a return case with eBay. This is because opening a case potentially could impact our prices and consequently our ability to continue to offer the quality service upon which we currently pride ourselves.
