This is a complete HO gauge vehicle from Kato, Series 14 passenger car, Type Suhafu 14-0.

The
  • prototype is the second private car of the JNR era, 1974 (Showa 49) degree, and the

  • Tail lights and train markings are illuminated on Suhafu 14 and Ohafu 15 (with tail light and train mark switch to turn off).
  • Car body markings pre-printed (car numbers can be set to your preferred number using a lettering sheet).
  • Accurate representation of the white strip on the side of the car body (with white strip on the door).
  • Removable diesel generator cover under the floor of the Suhaf 14.
  • Equipped with AU13 cooler with cover.
  • Realistic reproduction of the chimney cover on the roof of the Suhaf 14 and the jumper plugs around the coupler on the conductor's compartment side
  • (KATO HO knuckle couplers are used on the locomotive coupling side of the Suhaf 14 and Ohaf 15). Various train marks included for Suhafu 14/Ohafu 15.

    (HO) Series 14 Limited Express type coaches will be reproduced.
    Series 14 coaches were introduced in 1972 (Showa 47) as Limited Express type daytime seating coaches with simple reclining seats.
    They were used throughout Japan on the temporary limited express Shio-Tsubasa Odoriko and the express Hakkouda Unzen and Saikai, as well as group and temporary trains.
    You can enjoy pulling them with your favourite locomotives such as EF58, EF65, DD51 and more.
