The eleventh series is a set of a two-axle electric locomotive, a passenger car and a tank wagon, and two tank wagons that directly pass between the factory line - Nekoya Line - urban area and road surface section.
The Nekoya Line direct service road surface electric locomotive + two passenger car set consists of a two-axle electric locomotive and a passenger car with luggage compartment.
The locomotive is similar in shape to the JNR EH10.
The Tomii Electric Railway Nekoya Line is assumed to be the actual 762mm gauge non-electrified narrow gauge, and the model is a 1/80th scale, 9mm gauge version of this.
