1950's Red Glass Cabochons

These may been unfinished buttons without the shanks. They can be used as a cabochons, see photos for back. They can sit flush to a surface.

We met a gentleman years ago that traveled throughout Europe buying out old glass jewelry factories and remnants of family-ran businesses in the late 80's and he would purchase EVERYTHING from them. He would crawl through dirty basements and climb into dusty attics to find all of these wonderful treasures. He retired about 20 years ago and since then all of this jewelry has been stored in his warehouse.
His finds became our finds, and now we are passing them onto you!
