The packaging of the product may have dents, abrasions and minor scratches, etc., due to the protective material of the product itself. We do not normally accept returns or exchanges for these conditions, so we ask for your understanding. If obvious damage or defects are found, we may exchange the product for a good one.

In order to ensure that many customers can purchase the product, we may cancel orders for multiple purchases of the same product at the same address or with the same contact details. Orders will also be cancelled if we deem that the product is intended for resale. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any refund fees, etc.
If the product listed on the website has not yet been released, the product will be shipped after the release date.
For some products (e.g. Shokugan), one of several types will be delivered at random, unless the product is sold in a box or set. The type cannot be specified. Also, even if the product is not sold in a box or set, there may be cases where multiple types of product images are shown together. Please check the contents before ordering.
Depending on the timing of your order, delivery of the product may be delayed or unavailable due to stock-outs or manufacturer discontinuation.
We will check the future arrival schedule and if it is difficult to receive the product, your order will be cancelled.
For products with no mention of purchase benefits or campaigns, no benefits will be included. Also, campaigns offered in shops may not be applicable for online sales.
