There are so many versions of vintage brass and copper parrots attributed to Sergio Bustamente online, this is unsigned.
A lovely large 28" overall, the perch is 14" long, 16" high.
There are a few dents, I've photographed them.
This was hanging on a covered Florida lanai for many years, some oxidation as seen.
