Beautiful RESTORED antique condition!
This lovely original piece now has updated wiring, a new porcelain socket, an updated painted finish, and is ready to hang and enjoy.
The fixture has 6 frosted glass panels inside.
All the glass panels are secure, with no cracks.
The fixture is made of solid brass, with no cracks or dents in the brass.
The painted finish has some light / small rubs in the finish here and there - nothing that takes away from the beauty of the piece or that is noticed when hung and in use (see closeups).
The new porcelain socket is working well.
The fixture uses one standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts, or use an LED bulb for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light.
The light bulb and ceiling mount screws are not included.

The late Bob Daly was a marathon runner and worked in his family's burglar alarm business until he started his own antique lighting restoration business in Fenton, Michigan in the 1980's: "Historic Lighting Restoration Services and Sales". He was restoring antique lighting for almost 40 years. This beautiful light was thoughtfully and skillfully restored by Bob to the tiniest detail. From new wiring to cleaning to touching up, buffing and polishing, Bob was a master at the details. He loved what he did and was excited to share these restored works of art with the next generation (see a newspaper article picture of him in photo #22). He worked with loving care, and you can be proud to own one of his restorative works of art. We are certainly proud to have acquired his amazing collection, as we also restore and sell antique lighting and love to share it with all of you who want true antique pieces that have historic personality in your homes and buildings.
