This spice contains 61% of clean unflavored garlic grist, besides which it consists of salt, sunflower oil, water, thickener, preservatives that are degraded by heat. In case of dosing two rounded teaspoons of it qualifies as two medium sized garlic cloves when it comes to flavoring.

It is perfect for replacing fresh garlic in any case, due to its unfalsifiable and outstanding quality.. The only thing that requires extra attention is the aforementioned dosing, so that we can reach the expected result.

One of its advantages is that it is minced and salted, so the product can be easily and swiftly used for cooking and for everyday flavoring. Thus, it is an excellent choice for flavoring meat dishes, soups, pasta dishes, or in some cases salads, in case we thrive to create a very distinct and definite garlicky taste in the kitchen.

Garlic 61%, water, edible salt, sunflower oil, antioxidants (ascorbic acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium metabisulfite, sorbic acid).

Usage:

To flavor Hungarian dishes prepared in the traditional way, we recommend adding 1 teaspoon (approx. 16 g) of Garlic Cream to 4 servings. If you do not add more salt to the food, this quantity covers 8% of the daily salt intake value for one person.

Storage:

At a maximum of 25 °C protected from light. Pantry or in the refrigerator.
