We can make the doors and windows where the customers want them
Windows are made from 4mm thick glass, there is a choice of diamond, Georgian lead or plain glass
Treatment
Customers Treatment Advice
This Advice is not just for our sheds, this goes for any company you choose to buy from as all timber is the same, it all absorbs water unless treated correctly
Please check the treatment before you buy as there is quite a few out there that are no good and claim to treat timber and most are a waste of your money
If the treatment is in a plastic tub, then no matter what, it will NOT stop water from penetrating the timber. All oil based treatments and varnish will be in a metal tin.
With oil based treatments there is not a lot of colours to choose from so if you want a colour but it not oil based then buy the colour you want, Get it to the colour you want then paint over it once dry with a clear out door varnish and this way it will still be water repellent.
Tanalised Timber
TANALISED' timber has been impregnated with a preservative solution under high vacuum pressure in an industrial vessel. This treatment process ensures deep penetration into the timber cells, for a longer-lasting protective result against fungal decay and insect attack than the application of a surface coating.
Even though the timber is tanalised, Customers are still recommended to treat the timber with a water repellent treatment.
If its not treated with a water repellent stain, when it rains water can still soak through the walls as Tanalising timber prevents fungal and insect attack, it does not prevent water from soaking through the timber,
(THIS GOES FOR ANY TANALISED TIMBER NO MATTER WHERE IT COMES FROM)
if you have your building and don't have time or its not suitable weather conditions to paint the timber then don't worry as there is no rush to get it treated.
If the building is not treated right away don't worry, Even if the building gets wet, it will not affect the Tanalising treatment in anyway

Terms & conditions
please have a solid level base ready before the fitters arrive, concrete or a slabbed foundation would be best for this summer house.
A wooden base could also be used but please email or ring before building a wooden base as there are a few things you need to do for our summer house floor to fit on it.
This summer house will not go through a standard size door, we need clearance of at least 8ft high
We can not carry over extensions/neighbours gardens, garage roofs or do base preparation due to insurance purposes
please be aware that our fitters will only turn up erect the shed and leave, the fitters will not adjust or pack up bases as this is down to the customer to have it level before they arrive.
If you have any problems with base preparation or access please ask an we will do our best to help you!
