Fort Hill Boston Brass Leather  Gilding Roll  or Wheel. It is marked 8 then Fort Hill Eng CO, Boston. It is about 1-7/8" diameter by just over 1/2" thick and the bore hole is  about 9/16" diameter. It has a ornate design for doing a Gold Leaf Gilding pattern on furniture leather tops or leather books. See pictures in great shape and ready to use.
